rise boutique accommodation located 5 minutes from Suvarnabhumi
International. Rooms are clean, functional and basic.
While the surrounding is less than touristy, the hotel stands
near a 7-11 as well as a local market .. a nice introduction
to a less touristy Bangkok.

Since I had to be at the airport at 5:00am this hotel was very convenient and also provided shuttle service to the airport. There are convenience stores near by and also a small night market. Besides that, nothing much around the area. If you re staying in Bangkok for more than a few days, stay in town where the majority of hotels are. This hotel is only good if you need to catch an early flight and need to be close to the airport"

Situated next to a TESCO grocery store, and most important, 10 minutes from the airport and reasonably priced to boot."

The driver was there to meet me and take me to a simple, but very clean and comfortable hotel. I had a good night s sleep in a quiet environment with a good breakfast the next morning. It is out of town so shopping was not an option. I would stay there again."

Denis B stayed at the Silver Gold Garden on 2008-09-13 and said, "It s useful as a lay-over while waiting for a flight or as a place to head to after arriving before travelling further. It s clean and the minibus to the airport is very useful. However, I had an end room and there was a slight smell from outside with all windows closed. The only real gripe was the early morning racket from dogs that woke me and kept me awake. The taxi driver couldn t find it with a map and three calls to the reception. I did get some food from the market outside and enjoyed it."
