And our balconly faced the gardens and pool. Very clean! Anything you need they are very happy to accommodate. The staff were lovely and very helpful. There English is limited but that does not deter there desire to assist you and make you happy. My only complaint is that if you are wheelchair bound or have any problem with mobility, this is not the place for you. Access to the rooms is possible with a lift (some steps to get too this point). There are stairs everywhere to access all areas aspecially the gardens and swimming area. But! we were very happy with everything else. I can say that if you are wanting to travel with family this is a fantastic, well equipt appartment suit for the whole family. We highly recommend Park 9 it is very relaxing, comfortable and very stress free... A really pretty spot with very lovely staff. And only 20 minutes from the international Airport... pay about 200 - 250 baht for the ride. Use the public meter taxi only as well."
